Refund & Cancellation Policy
We take pride in offering premium quality saffron. However, if you’re not satisfied, here’s our policy:
Cancellations:
Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placing them or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.
Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
Returns/Refunds:
Due to the perishable and consumable nature of saffron, we do not accept returns unless the product is damaged or defective on arrival.
To request a refund for a damaged item:
Email us at [viseshco23@gmail.com] within 48 hours of receiving the product.
Attach clear photos of the packaging and the product.
Upon approval, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
